Sunflower Field at Somegaoka (Takanabe Town)

The fields of the Somegaoka district in Takanabe Town were covered entirely in sunflowers for a limited time every year until 2019.
Today, local farmers still plant sunflowers to use as mulch, and though the flowers in each field blossom at slightly different times, this is a great place to see sunflowers during the summer.
